This weekend's baking project was roll-out sugar cookies. I used a recipe from allrecipes printable cookbooks - holiday cookies 2007.
The most important thing I learned in today's baking extravaganza is this: Roll out cookie dough between 2 sheets of wax paper or saran wrap! This makes rolling out the dough so easy (no sticking!) and clean up is super quick (no flour mess).
