Crab Cakes

--I'm always looking for healthy recipes, so for this meal I used a recipe by Ellie Krieger.
--This was my first attempt at making crab cakes.
--I actually made/served this meal back in the Spring (end of April).
--We used crab meat from Whole Foods.
--Matticas and Lockstep thought the meal was tasty and delicious!

-The crab cake project was inspired after having this Maryland Jumbo Lump Crab Cake at Central 214 in Hotel Palomar before the Dallas Symphony Orchestra/Jim Brickman concert in February:

I love crab cakes! What did you think of them?
They were a great first attempt! I'd definitely make them again. Crab cakes will take some practice. :)
